As such, this course is best suited for learners who already have some professional real estate experience.
The Real Estate Analyst Course:
This course teaches you the same practical skills as the Real Estate Modelling Course, and also includes over five hours of additional content, explaining in-depth the concept of real estate investment, as well as all of the factors that are included a real estate cashflow. This course is best suited for current students, recent graduates, or learners who work in real estate but with little experience in real estate transactions.
